VERIFICATION
Check a certificate.
Enter the certificate number printed on the label, or scan the QR code on the bottle. You will see the result we released and whether the anchored hash still matches.

What this check does and does not prove
It proves the certificate you are looking at is byte for byte the document PUREFORM Labs released for that lot. We hash the certificate when it is issued and write that hash to a public ledger. If a single character of the document changed afterwards, the hash would not match and this page would say so.
It does not prove the product is safe, effective, or suitable for any use, and it does not make the underlying result more reliable than the analysis behind it. Anchoring secures the record, not the sample. A failing result that is anchored is still a failing result, and that is exactly how it appears here.
It also cannot prove the vial in your hand is the vial we tested. Certificates apply to the lot as received by the laboratory.
